VERSION 0.1 · WORKING DRAFT
TOKEN WHITEPAPER
No BullsOf2028 token has been issued, no contract address is live, and no sale, distribution, or launch is announced by this document.
Executive summary
BullsOf2028 is a multi-chain crypto-intelligence platform that identifies and preserves up to 28 qualifying assets on each supported leaderboard. It combines normalized observations, transparent eligibility, deterministic Bull Scores, historical snapshots, and explainable token-risk signals.
A community token is being evaluated as an optional ecosystem component. The platform does not require token ownership, and no token can purchase ranking position, improve Bull Score, bypass eligibility, or erase historical outcomes.

Utility under evaluation
- Optional community membership and recognition.
- Optional access benefits for future analytics features.
- Non-financial participation in product and education surveys.
- Clearly disclosed product discounts or usage credits, if approved.
The token will not provide paid rankings, preferential Bull Scores, guaranteed returns, revenue sharing, guaranteed staking yield, or a promise of appreciation. Utility will be announced only when it is technically deliverable and professionally reviewed.
Technical approach
The current test-only scaffold is a fixed-supply, non-upgradeable ERC-20 based on OpenZeppelin. It has no post-deployment mint function, transfer tax, blacklist, confiscation, reflection, or hidden trading control. Dependencies, bytecode, constructor parameters, privileged roles, wallets, vesting, and liquidity terms must be independently reviewed and disclosed before mainnet deployment.
Supply and allocation
Total supply, decimals, circulating supply, allocations, unlocks, vesting, treasury controls, liquidity contribution, initial-price methodology, wallet labels, and any verifiable liquidity-lock terms are not finalized. Internal planning figures are not public commitments.
Ranking independence
A future BullsOf2028 token will be evaluated under the same normalized data, eligibility, and ranking rules as comparable assets. It receives no guaranteed entry, ranking boost, eligibility exception, paid placement, or concealment of negative history. Any appearance on a board will carry a clear issuer-platform conflict disclosure.
Material risks
- Total loss, extreme volatility, and insufficient liquidity.
- Smart-contract, wallet, key, network, RPC, and launchpad failures.
- Incomplete, delayed, stale, conflicting, or incorrect provider data.
- Treasury, contributor, vesting, and holder-concentration risks.
- Regulatory, tax, sanctions, consumer-protection, and geographic restrictions.
- Product delay, loss of utility, or project discontinuation.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, and counterfeit tokens.
This list is not exhaustive. A token can lose all value.
Communications
Official channels will publish factual documentation, announcements, and technical support. They will not provide personalised financial advice, direct users to buy or sell, manufacture urgency, promise returns, or describe the token as safe, approved, guaranteed, or certain to rise.
Legal and jurisdictional status
The issuer, jurisdiction, target markets, restricted jurisdictions, licences or exemptions, user eligibility, and sanctions controls remain TBD pending professional review. “Community,” “utility,” and “meme” are product descriptions, not automatic legal classifications.
